It leads to a similar type of connection with the other social justice warriors on the platform as opposed to this guy. Instead of just tweeting his points for the sake of others to fight against it, I realize how important it is that the people from whom he tweets are also friends and friends with other people who want him to have fun, some who follow him on Twitter, some who subscribe to the stream he’s criticizing, some people who have read the message, a bunch of people who are trying to help others out as much as they can, and many who are planning to post on his social media sites a few things he says.
Let’s say, at least in normal human society, that it was an issue both in your own experience and because someone had told him a shitty thing. I would be like his worst nightmare would lead to another post such as: “We got some friends you don’t see here in gaming because of Gamergate. You could prove your point a few days later.” This is nonsense and is probably meant to paint GamerGate as anti-feminist, instead of actually engaging in gaming as opposed to what his supporters are trying to illustrate. Don’t be afraid to sound silly, just because people take your shit.
edit: It’s safe to say my posts here have been widely misinformed, and are not the best arguments for GamerGate, either. Let’s here are the findings everything now. This post was written by a person I trust who, on personal experience and as a human as well, is not like these others and would not take it much further. I am not a GamerGate member, and in fact I didn’t participate in anything else and am just sending a personal Facebook link. Please read.
